We think the proposals are wrong and could lead to:

increased secrecy and lack of accountability
increased focus on generating revenue at the expense of conservation
granting of easements allowing large scale housing developments in inappropriate areas which could change The Malverns forever.
Restriction of access to the Hills, and fencing in of the Commons.

So far the Trust has wasted £130,000 of public money and now proposes to spend in excess of £800,000 + of public money on a Private Bill, with no guarantee of success.
